Rahil Siddiqui, Founder and CEO of Gig and Take is a global Manufacturing HR leader with 12+ years’ of experience (HR Business Partner, Factory Ops, HRIS, M&A). After receiving his Masters in Industrial & Labor Relations, from Cornell University, Rahil continued his career at Fortune 500 companies such as TE Connectivity and GE. In his last role he was the HR business partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer of a $14 Billion manufacturing company. Gig and Take’s origin story began after reading a New York Times article about the great resignation. This software company was founded on the basic principle that with the right tools, manufacturing companies could provide more flexibility to their factories and not only retain, but attract new talent into the industry.
