Thank you for agreeing to speak at SME’s Mfg4 event taking place May 3-5, 2016 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. You play an important role in the educational program and we look forward to your participation.
The deadline to submit your PowerPoint presentation is Friday, April 15, 2016. Please send it directly to Sharee Callaway at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your presentation must be free of commercialism. You may place your contact information and company logos on the first and last slide of your presentation only. Be sure that your presentation is submitted using a 2003 or later version of Microsoft Office.
SME will provide a screen, LCD projector, laptop and wireless microphone. If you have video, please bring it on a jump drive that can be loaded to the laptop and ready to play. You will be responsible for bringing the most up-to-date version of your presentation as well.
Speakers receive complimentary exposition and show floor education admission. You have been pre-registered for this event, so please do not register again. Your name badge will be available for pick-up on-site in our Show Office. More detail to follow next month.

If you have not already done so or if you have changes to the biography submitted with your abstract, please complete and return this form which allows the session chair to introduce you appropriately.
SME is seeking your permission to print and distribute this paper/presentation in all media formats as needed or requested. One form per presentation is required.
All presentations for the event will be distributed via url link, which will be sent out after the closing of the show. Please be sure to submit your presentation by the deadline to guarantee inclusion. We have developed a PowerPoint template for your use.
